The Economic Bulletin is Banco de Portugal’s leading publication on economic analysis. The Bulletin conveys the institutional view of Banco de Portugal as regards the Portuguese economy and relevant economic policy issues, and is published in March, June, October and December.

Releases detailed projections for the Portuguese economy in the current year and the three following years.

The projections released in the June and December issues correspond to Banco de Portugal’s contribution to the Eurosystem’s projections published by the ECB.

Throughout the year, the Economic Bulletin includes special issues, which provide a closer look at relevant topics for the Portuguese economy and the euro area.
