Alternate in the European Banking Authority (EBA)
The Deputy of the Financial Stability Department, José Rosas, is appointed alternate for Banco de Portugal’s representative in the European Banking Authority (EBA).
Alternate in the Single Resolution Board
The Head of the Resolution Department, João Freitas, as appointed by the Minister of Finance in 2017, on a proposal from the Banco de Portugal.
Alternate in the AML/CFT Coordination Committee
The Head of the Legal Enforcement Department, João Raposo, is appointed alternate for Banco de Portugal’s representative in the AML/CFT Coordination Committee.
Replacement of the members of the board of directors
The Members of the Board of Directors, if absent or prevented in cases other than those provided for above, namely for the purpose of the distribution of remits and the exercise of delegated powers, shall be replaced as follows:
