1. Banco de Portugal warns that the lending services advertised on the website www.oddobhf.cc, don´t belong to any entity authorised to carry out in Portugal the activity of lending or any other financial activity subject to the supervision of Banco de Portugal. 

2. The activity of lending, as set forth in Article 4 (1) (b) of the Legal Framework of Credit Institutions and Financial Companies (RGICSF, approved by Decree-Law No 298/92 of 31 December 1992), may only be performed by authorised undertakings, as laid down in Article 10 of the said Legal Framework.

3. The list of undertakings authorised to carry out any financial activity is available on Banco de Portugal´s website.

4. Although the lists of undertakings authorised to carry out lending activities, act as credit intermediaries and provide advisory services related with credit agreements are available on Banco de Portugal’s website, it has come to Banco de Portugal knowledge several situations in which the name of such authorized entities is misused by third parties in fraudulent schemes, therefore if you have any doubts, you should contact Banco de Portugal through the available form on its website or by sending an email to  info@bportugal.pt.
