1. Banco de Portugal warns that the entity “Viviana Mederos”, operating through the profile of Facebook social network https://www.facebook.com/mireille.akpo.71, is not currently, and has never been, authorised to carry out, in Portugal, any financial activity reserved for institutions subject to the supervision of the Banco de Portugal, namely, the granting, intermediation and advisory services for credit agreements.

2. The activities of lending, as set forth in Article 4 (1) (b) of the Legal Framework of Credit Institutions and Financial Companies (approved by Decree-Law No 298/92 of 31 December 1992), may only be performed by authorised undertakings, as laid down in Article 10 of that Decree-Law.
