1. Banco de Portugal warns that the company “Cash Fx Group S.A.” with headquarters in Panamá, operating through the website https://cashfxgroup.com/, is not, and never was, authorised to carry out in Portugal any financial activity subject to the supervision of Banco de Portugal.

2. In Portugal, the financial activities, as set forth in Article 4 (1) the Legal Framework of Credit Institutions and Financial Companies (approved by Decree-Law No 298/92 of 31 December 1992), may only be carried out by the entities authorised for the purpose in accordance with the provisions laid down in Articles 8 and 10 of the above-mentioned Legal Framework.
