Instruction No 11/2001 regulates the promotion of operations under the business purposes of credit institutions or financial companies. This activity may only be conducted by natural persons, subject to exclusivity to a single credit institution or financial company or to credit institutions and/or financial companies included in the same scope of supervision on a consolidated basis.
