Public consultations

Within the framework of its regulatory and supervisory functions, Banco de Portugal promotes public consultations on draft regulations to be issued within the scope of its responsibilities.

Banco de Portugal also discloses public consultations launched by other entities or institutions in which it is represented or with which it collaborates, such as the National Council of Financial Supervisors (CNSF), the European Banking Authority (EBA) and the Ministry of Finance.

As this section of the website is not entirely available in English, public consultations may only be consulted in Portuguese.
