Indicative calendar for the release of publications

Since early 2001, the Banco de Portugal makes available to the public, on an annual basis, the indicative calendar for the release of its publications. Dates are chosen taking into account, inter alia, the calendars for the disclosure of the statistical data required for the preparation of analyses, as well as the calendars of the Eurosystem projection exercises. The following table shows the indicative dates for the publications to be released until January 2012.Note on May 4, 2011 - The publication dates of the 2010 Annual Report and of the Financial Stability Report, initially scheduled for 12 and 23 May, have been changed to 19 May and 7 June respectively. The rescheduling was due to the need to wait until the end of the negotiation of the support programme to Portugal, currently ongoing with the European Commission, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund. As usual, the “Overview” of the Annual Report will provide a perspective on the economic policy and situation in the current year, including a first approach to the said international support programme. The significant implications of this programme for the Portuguese financial system will, in turn, be analysed in the Financial Stability Report.
