Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct gives guidance in matters of professional ethics to all persons employed by Banco de Portugal.   It is also a reference for the public with regard to the standard of conduct required of the Bank in its relations with third parties. 

The members of the Board of Directors of Banco de Portugal shall be subject to the provisions laid down in the Code in so far as they are applicable to them.
