Carlos Manuel Alberto dos Santos is an economist in the Banco de Portugal Economic Research Department since 1998, currently working in the Financial Stability Division. Carlos has a licenciatura in Economics and a M.A. in Monetary and Financial Economics (both in the ISEG – UTL).
